HUMBER VALLEY RESORT PLAYS HOST TO TELY TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP

Golf NL is pleased to announce that for the very first time the scenic Humber Valley Resort will play host to the Junior Tely Tour Championship weekend on Saturday and Sunday August 26th-27^th. This year, the Tely Junior Tour hosted nine regular one day tournaments across the province and will conclude with the 10^th and final event of the season at Humber Valley Resort.

Players who were registered for the tour throughout the season are eligible to play in the Tour Championship. While any competitor can win the final event of the season, only players who have competed in a minimum of three regular season events plus the championship weekend are eligible to win the overall divisional championships.

Schedule of events for Tour Championship at Humber Valley Resort include:

Saturday August 26th 

2:00 P.M.          Player In-person Registration – Driving Range

2:30 P.M.          Skills Challenge

4:00 P.M.           Awards Presentations

Sunday August 27th 

8:00 A.M.          Tour Championship Round

3:00 P.M.           Meal

3:15 P.M.           Humber Valley Tely Tour Event Awards Presentations

3:30 P.M.           Overall Order Of Merit Awards

4:15 P.M.           Group Photo

The Skills Challenge Competition on Saturday August 26^th with all participants in this event required to e-mail golf@sportnl.ca to confirm their involvement in the skills challenge.
