I also play piano and trumpet and I have two pet rabbits.
I am a member of Blomidon Golf Club in Corner Brook.
I most often play golf with my dad and my younger brother. However I also sign up randomly to play with other older members of Blomidon. It’s been nice getting to know them and they have been really great to golf with.
I love playing Blomidon, especially when it opens each spring. It really does have amazing views and is well kept and I love all the wildlife. I even saw a moose cross in front of me one morning. Other than my home course, I would have to say that my favorite course to play is Humber Valley Resort. The views of the river are spectacular and it’s really well kept. Lots of wildlife there too, though beware of the foxes who like to play fetch with your golfballs!
Augusta National
I started golfing at Blomidon Golf Club in Corner Brook, Newfoundland when I was 7 years old in the Junior Program with coach Wayne Allen.
That would be this June when I almost had a hole in one on the final hole during a men’s four man scramble tournament at Blomidon. My ball took one bounce before disappearing into the hole, hit the bottom of the cup, and then bounced back out!
There are lots of funny things that happened to my dad (some of which I have on video) but I have not been permitted to make them public.
Winning the Junior Provincial Championship this year.
I treasure all of my clubs but I would have to say my driver, as I have broken my last 3 in various unfortunate accidents.
No matter how bad I am playing, I keep going but sometimes I forget to eat and then I play even worse.
Scottie Scheffler, Wesley Bryan, and Colin Morikawa
Jim Keough, Rob Myrden, and Wayne Ford because they are a riot to hang out with!
No, but have had some very frustrating near misses.
My best round ever was shooting an even par 64 over 16 holes at The Humber River Tely Tour in Deer Lake this year and I also shot 72 from the back tees at Blomidon in Corner Brook .
