Golf NL is pleased to acknowledge Mr. Ethan Efford 2022 Outstanding Junior Male Golfer of the Year
A member of the Bally Haly Country Club, Ethan has been involved with competitive golf for seven years. During the 2022 season, Ethan accumulated a total of 17,000 points on the Order of Merit to take top honors.
This past year, Mr. Efford won the Royal LePage Provincial Boys Junior Championships. to represent Golf NL at the Next Gen Atlantics and National Junior Boys Championships.
At the Next Gen Atlantics, Ethan captured the boys’ division which is the finish a player from NL captured the crown.
At the National Junior Boys competition, Ethan made the cut all placed 47th in the field.
The major highlight of the season was Ethan’s selection to the 2022 Canada Games Boys Golf Team which finished in 6th place at the major competition.
