2022 Official of the Year – Paul Comeau

Golf NL is Proud to acknowledge Ms. Pat LaCour, the 2019 Employee of the Year.

Golf NL is pleased to acknowledge Mr. Paul Comeau as the 2022 Official of the Year

This past year Paul attended the online Rules of Golf webinars hosted by  Golf NL.  and continued with his familiarization with the rules as he works with other referees on a weekly basis to discuss rules interpretation and implementation. He has also encouraged other individuals to become engaged in rules education and hopefully certification

During the past year, Paul officiated at the Royal LePage Provincial Junior & Amateur Championships as well as provided refereeing at several Tely Junior Golf Tour events including Harmon, Blomidon, Humber River, Pitcher’s Pond, The Wilds, Clovelly, Bally Haly, and Glendenning.
